Shipping & Payment

How long will my order take?

Metal sign art will typically ship within 7 business days. If you're ordering during a site-wide sale or a month out from major holidays like Christmas, please allow 5 additional business days for shipping. Each piece is made to order and we work very hard to ensure that each one meets our high quality standards!

All orders include free shipping!

Once your shipment is ready, you will receive an email notification with tracking information from either FedEx or USPS. Please note: once the item(s) leaves our workshop, it is in the hands of FedEx or USPS. At that point, we no longer have control over the item. Please be aware of country-wide shipping delays and plan accordingly! The typical shipping time during nonpeak times is 3-5 business day.

Where do you ship to?

At this time, we ship anywhere within the continental United States.

Will I get to see a mockup for my custom order?

Yes, you will receive a mockup from our graphic designer within one business day. This will come from kelleysmetaldesignco@gmail.com to the email you provided at checkout, so please check your junk mail if you don't see anything come through.

Once a design is finalized and approved, we will begin production on your piece!

Returns & Exchanges

I received a damaged item. What should I do?

It is our desire that you end up with a product you love and are 100% satisfied with! If you receive a damaged item, you can contact us at kelleysmetaldesignco@gmail.com or use the contact form below. Please be sure to contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will work with you to quickly resolve the situation and make sure you end up with a quality, undamaged product.

Can I return my item?

Since all items are custom made, we do not regularly allow returns. However if something is wrong (item bent) with your order, we will work with you to make it right. Please contact us on the form below or email with a request to kelleysmetaldesignco@gmail.com.

Can I exchange my item?

At this time no exchanges are allowed since all orders are custom made.
