If you select yes for the above product preview. Before we send your product to production we will send an email from kelleysmetaldesignco@gmail.com with an attached mockup for your product. If an email hasn't come through please check your junk mail to see if it ended up there. At that point you can make changes to spelling or placement. You will receive a mockup within 1 business day. Once the design has been approved it will then go into the production phase.

Metal sign art will typically ship within 7 business days. If you're ordering during a site-wide sale or a month out from major holidays like Christmas, please allow 5 additional business days for shipping. Each piece is made to order and we work very hard to ensure that each one meets our high quality standards!

Once your shipment is ready, you will receive an email notification with tracking information from either FedEx or USPS. Please note: once the item(s) leaves our workshop, it is in the hands of FedEx or USPS. At that point, we no longer have control over the item. Please be aware of country-wide shipping delays and plan accordingly! The typical shipping time during nonpeak times is 3-5 business day.

Please note metal art pieces do not come with hanging hardware. You can hang your custom sign with wall magnets, outdoor command strips, hooks, nails etc. We do not provide the hanging equipment
due to many different hanging preferences. For convenience, all signs come with predrilled holes that can be used for hooks or nails.
